Publicis Groupe has hired Louis-Philippe “LP” Tremblay as chief creative officer for One Publicis Team Samsung.
In the newly created position, Tremblay will be tasked with leading creative for Publicis Groupe’s dedicated Samsung unit, partnering closely with One Publicis Team Samsung leadership to drive creative for the unit globally.

Tremblay arrives at One Publicis Team Samsung with over two decades of experience. Most recently, he spent two years as a group creative director at Translation, where he led work on the agency’s “Codes of Culture” campaign for AT&T, following a year with Havas New York as an executive creative director leading work on Easy-Off, Keuring, K-Y, Liberty Mutual and Woolite. Tremblay spent three years as an evp and senior creative director for BBDO New York, beginning in late 2012, leading integrated assignments on AT&T, including working alongside legendary director and documentary filmmaker Werner Herzog. Earlier in his career, he spent time as a senior art director for W+K New York, leading art direction on global Nokia assignments and as a creative director on Microsoft for JWT New York.
The hire comes on the heels of Publicis Groupe hiring Ed Tsue as chief strategy officer for One Publicis Team Samsung in October.
