  • NHL Continues Rolling Out Social Initiatives to Keep Fans Busy During Covid-19 Suspension

The National Hockey League came up with two more new ways to keep its fans entertained via its social platforms while its season remains on ice due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Voting is now open for the Greatest Moments of the 2019-20 NHL Season … So Far, a daily, bracket-style interactive format that lets fans decide between 64 video moments from the current, suspended season, divided into Eastern Conference and Western Conference.

The league said head-to-head matchups will be unveiled daily at noon ET, giving fans one day to cast their votes via the NHL’s Twitter and Instagram accounts.

The NHL is also kicking off daily live question-and-answer sessions with players on Twitter and Instagram every weekday at 3 p.m. ET.

Boston Bruins forward David Pastrnak will be the first participant Monday (March 30).
